1. Copyright Policy
Fabuba respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We operate as a user-generated content platform where users can upload and share video resources.
Important: We do not host, create, or distribute copyrighted content. All content is uploaded by users, and we act as a neutral platform for content sharing.
2. User Upload Guidelines
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload content. We prohibit:
- Uploading copyrighted material without permission
- Sharing content that infringes on others' rights
- Uploading pirated or illegal content
- Uploading inappropriate content involving minors

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to local federal court jurisdiction
5. Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
6. Content Removal Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the user who uploaded the content
- Provide the user with information about filing a counter-notification
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this DMCA policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
